About Us
My Story
My name is Kathy and I am a wife, mother, grandmother, and crafter living in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina. I have always enjoyed crafting, but I discovered my true passion when my daughter asked me to make a John Deere themed quilt and accessories for my first grandchild's nursery. Since then, I have made many quilts - and I love it! My husband and I agreed that I needed a dedicated space in which to work, so we converted a bedroom into my sewing studio. I still enjoy other crafts as well, including making handbags, potholders, jewelry making, crocheting, watercolors, and acrylic painting. But my true passion is making quilts, especially for children.
